If you would like to familiarise yourself with how to make an online purchase, we have set out below in point form how to find, ad to your shopping cart and purchase a product from our Online Store. It may be an idea if you print it up and keep it handy for future reference.
We have used a Kincrome Canteliever Toolkit as an example, but you can apply this to ANY product you select:

Click on "Tool Kits".

Then click on the "KINCROME TOOLKITS IN HAND HELD BOXES" text link.

You will then get a list of all of the Kincrome Canteliever Toolkit's we offer.

Choose any of the units you see by clicking on the Part Number or Picture.

You will then see the unit by itself with all the info you need, price, gst, a description of the unit & flat rate freight cost to most parts of Australia.

Click on Add to Cart.

You will then see your shopping cart. It will show you that you want to purchase 1 Kincrome Canteliever Toolkit and show (again) how much it will cost you. At this point if you want to buy more than 1 Toolkit you can change the amount you want to purchase from 1 to as many as you like. Simply put 2 (for example) in the Qty column and then hit the Update Qty button.

Now you are shown that you want to buy 2 Kits and the system will make the necessary changes to the cost (in this case multiplying by 2 because you wish to buy 2 Kits)

You can continue this process as many time as you like until you have all the Tools you require to purchase "added to your cart"

When you are happy with your purchase click on Checkout You will notice at this point that a new window is opening, Don't panic!, this is a Secured Window where you can safely use your credit card. This is the same as going to the checkout at a shop;, its where you pay for the goods. If you look at the bottom (or top depending on your internet browser) of that window you will see a little padlock symbol, this proves that you are now in a secured environment. Nobody else but you can see what you are typing in this section (unless they are standing behind you...your wife perhaps?)

Now you fill in all your details needed for us to fill your order. You can choose how you want to pay, see our "ways to purchase" section for your payment options available.

After you have completed all of your details, click on Next.

Now your are at the last part of the process. You will get one last chance to look at your entire order before you Finalise it. Frome here you are still able to make changes using the "back" button if needed.

If you are completely satisfied, click on Finalise Order.

There you go, nothing to it! You will now be looking at your Tax Invoice will then appear* on your PC screen after you click the "finalise order" button which can be printed up if you wish.
*Note: You must have your browser setting set to "allow popups" for this feature to work on your PC.
