Note: We will always strive to offer the latest pictures and product descriptions in our Online Store but please understand this is not always possible. Subsequently due to constant changes & updgrades in specifications of products, pictures & certain specificaitons listed in our online store in some cases may vary from actual items and are for illustration purposes only.
Please note that due to our lower margins, we have a minimum purchase limit of $40.
While shopping at Transquip Direct your shopping cart remains loaded with the products you have chosen until you leave the site or go through the Checkout. You may alter the amounts in the Qty column, then click Update Qty to see the revised total. When you are happy with your order, click on Checkout to proceed to our secure payment options. You may add more tools to your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on any of the Department menu tabs, specials or by way of the Tools search facility to locate products.
Note: You do not need to have a credit card to make a purchase. Please see our EFT or Mail/Fax ordering options should you wish to order without the use of a credit card.
If you do wish to use your credit card, all details are processed through a secure server using SSL encryption. Using your credit card through our secure server does enable faster order processing.

Here at Transquip, we are giving you every opportunity to make a safe secure purchase. We offer the following payment services:
OnlineIf you would like to familiarise yourself with how to make an online purchase, we have set out below in point form how to find, ad to your shopping cart and purchase a product from our Online Store. It may be an idea if you print it up and keep it handy for future reference.
We have used a Circular Saw as an example, but you can apply this to ANY product you select:

Click on "Power Tools".

Scroll through the list until you get to Chainsaws and Circular Saws.

Click on Chainsaws and Circular Saws.

You will then get a list of all of the Chainsaws and Circular Saws we offer.

From here you can choose to add any of the units you see to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button, or you can see more info on any item by clicking on the "more" button

If you click on the you will then see the unit by itself with all the info you need, price, gst, a description of the unit & flat rate freight cost to most parts of Australia.

Once you click on "add to cart" you will then see your shopping cart. It will show you that you want to purchase 1 item and will show (again) how much it will cost you. At this point if you want to buy more than 1 item you can change the amount you want to purchase from 1 to as many as you like. Simply put 2 (for example) in the Qty column and then hit the Update Qty button. Then you are shown that you want to buy 2 Saws and the system will make the necessary changes to the cost (in this case multiplying by 2 because you wish to buy 2 saws)

You can repeat step 7 with any other items you may wish to purchase from our Online Tools Database.

When you are happy with your purchase click on Checkout You will notice at this point that a new window is opening, Don't panic!, this is a Secured Window where you can safely use your credit card. This is the same as going to the checkout at a shop, its where you pay for the goods. If you look at the bottom (or top depending on your browser) of that window you will see a little padlock symbol, this proves that you are now in a secured environment. Nobody else but you can see what you are typing in this section (unless they are standing behind you...your wife perhaps?)

Now you fill in all your details needed for us to fill your order. You can choose how you want to pay, either by credit card (all major cards accepted) or Mail/Fax & EFT If you choose mail or fax you can later print up your receipt and post it to us with your bank cheque or money order or by completing the credit card details section at the bottom you can simply fax it to 08 94375060. If you choose EFT you can transfer your payment into our accounts via your Internet banking, or simply by visiting any bank branch Australia wide!

After you have completed all of your details, click on N ext.

Now your are at the last part of the process. You will get one last chance to look at your entire order before you Finalise it.

If you are completely satisfied, click on Finalise Order.

There you go, nothing to it! You will now be looking at your Tax Invoice which can be printed up if you wish. (We strongly advise that you save or print up your tax invoice.)

All online orders are linked electronically with our warehouse/supplier dispatch system so your order will be shipped in no time!
Another advantage of online ordering is when you click on "finalise order" ( which is the final step in the ordering process) the next page on your PC screen is your TAX INVOICE which you can print up immediately and keep for your records.

If you are buying a gift for someone else or you want to send some Tools Onsite or to another recipient, you can go ahead and order the goods as normal, place your address in as the billing address, and the recipients address as the shipping address.
You can also leave either a personal greeting for the recipient or a special instructions for delivery etc. You will come across the Giftbuy/SiteBuy section during the ordering process in the checkout area when making your purchase.
This is a handy feature if you are out of the Country and are needing to purchase a gift for a loved one living in Australia or if you are working Onsite and need to send the goods to where you or your employees are currently working anywhere in Australia!

If you have a larger-than-normal order to place (i.e. multiple items) or would like a quote on prices for a number of items for the same order, please click here to e-mail us your list and other details. This feature is particularly handy if you are in need of a better shipping rate due to the fact that you are purchasing a large number of items (e.g. a number of single spanners, or sockets). If the link doesn't work, send an e-mail to quotebuy@transquip.com.au with a subject of "QuoteBuy query" and we'll tend to it as soon as possible.
You can easily make your purchase using our PhoneBuy service. Simply place your order online as normal, but w hen you go to the checkout area choose the mail/fax option in the "payment options drag down box" (don't worry, you will find it!), then in the special instructions area of the checkout type " please call for credit card details" We will then return your phone call and take your credit card details over the phone.
Mail / Fax Information
NOTE: This payment option can be used with or without the use of a credit card.
When you go to the checkout you can choose the mail/fax option in the "payment options drag down box" (don't worry, you will find it!). Then click on "finalise order" to receive an on-screen Tax Invoice which you can print up. With this you can do the following:
- Bank Cheque or Money Order: Mail the printed Tax Invoice to us along with payment in the form of Bank cheque or Money order to Transquip Distributors. PO Box 1121, Bibra Lake Business Centre, Western Australia 6965. NOTE: We no longer accept Personal Cheques. If you wish to pay by cheque it must be in the form of either a bank cheque or an Australian Money order (available from Australia Post) .
- Credit Card: Mail us your printed receipt with your credit card details filled in the space provided at the bottom of the form.
- Fax: Fax us your printed receipt (+61 08 9437 5060) with your credit card details filled in the space provided at the bottom of the form.
- CallBack: E-mail us at orders@transquip.com.au after you have placed your order requesting that we call you back to take your credit card details over the phone.
Electronic Funds Transfer (otherwise known as EFT)
EFT allows you to purchase what you need from Transquip without the use of a credit card. Basically it is a "cash sale" which will allow you to deposit the money needed to pay for your order directly into our accounts. This is what you will need to do:
- After you have decided what it is you would like to purchase and "added it (all) to your shopping cart" click on "Checkout" to go to the secure payment area. There you will need to fill in your shipping details and select "EFT" from the drop-down list near the bottom of that page.
- Click on "continue" (which allows you one last look at your entire order) followed by "finalise order".
- After you click on "Finalise Order" a Tax Invoice will appear on your screen which you can print up (or save to your hard drive). Our BSB and Account Details will appear on the bottom of this Tax Invoice which will allow you to deposit the funds in our account.
- Deposit the entire $ amount of your order using our Branch and Account numbers provided (please make sure you use the correct numbers). This can be done via your Internet Banking using the "transfer" or "pay anyone" option or if you don't have Internet Banking you can simply deposit your payment at any Westpac Bank branch Australia wide. *Note: If you wish to add transit cover to your order simply add 5% on to the purchase price only (not including the shipping cost). See our shipping policy for more info on transit cover.
- Contact us at either mailto:INFO@info@transquip.com.au or call 1800 828 200 to confirm your payment. You can also fax the bank receipt to us at +61-8-94375060 if you wish.
Once we have verification of the payment of your order, the goods will be shipped the same or next working day.
Please note that personal Cheques (while acceptable) will require clearance. Goods are only shipped once the funds deposited have been cleared by the bank.

If your Internet connection is a bit slow or you would rather not use our online shopping cart system you can e-mail us your order to myorder@transquip.com.au
Simply place in your e-mail the part numbers ( make sure you use the correct ones) of the items you require along with a brief description of each item and your contact details and we will handle it all for you!
On the same or next working day you will receive a response e-mail with your order totaled up inc gst and shipping. We will then call you to find out how you would like to pay for your order, options include payment via credit card over the phone, EFT into our bank account & posting us a bank cheque , personal cheque* or money order.
International Orders
NOTE: The info below only relates to orders that will be sent OUT OF AUSTRALIA. If you live outside of Australia and are purchasing for a Family Member/Friend inside Australia, you can order as per our normal online ordering using our Giftbuy
service.
For all orders that are to be shipped out of Australia, payment will need to made by:
- Electronic Funds Transfer which can be done through your Internet Banking or at any Branch. ( That is when we provide you with our Branch and Account details of our Bank Account, and you transfer the funds into our account). This is a Universal payment method that is used by most overseas clients. You can use our EFT facility right now if you wish!
- International Bank Cheque or Money Order. This allows you to purchase a "money order" which can be posted to us. The funds in these money orders are pre-cleared so the goods will be shipped upon receipt of the payment ( no clearance required).
If you would like us to take the legwork out of your international order, please e-mail us the details ( a list of part numbers will do) of what you require and we will calculate the total cost including shipping to your destination via return e-mail. You can then utilise the payment options available to you to settle your order.
International Credit Card Payments may be accepted but we will require e-mailed or faxed ( +61 08 94375060) to us the following security info:
- A scanned copy of the credit card used for payment of the order ( front and back)
- A scanned copy of another form of id ( a utility bill, drivers license Esc) of the cardholder showing the shipping address of the order.
We are very sorry that we require this info, but with the high incident of credit card fraud and due to new Australian privacy laws, this is now standard policy with ALL international orders taken by us & most other Online suppliers in Australia.
As soon as we have your security info and your order is approved, the goods will be shipped!
NOTE: This security information only needs to be sent to us once. As soon as this info has been verified by us it will be discarded ( for your security) and logged in our system that you have complied, allowing future orders to proceed without the need to re-send this info again.
Shipping of the goods will be determined on the weight and size of the order, and on the urgency of the order. With ALL overseas orders ( that is orders that are actually leaving Australia...NOT orders placed overseas for recipients in Australia) we will contact you via e-mail within 24-48hrs to inform &/or discuss with you the cost of shipping of your order. Orders will only proceed if the customer is happy with the cost of shipping.

Search Tips
This Online Store is equipped with advanced searching facilities via the search box at the top of this page. To find the product you want fast, follow these simple tips for better searching. If you still can't find the item you require, please email us the details of what you are looking for and we will source it for you at the right price!
- Always search for one item at a time. If you have multiple items you are looking for, find the first item you require. You can then get the system to "remember" them after you have found them by "adding them to your cart". This does not mean that you have to purchase them, but it does allow you to go back to your cart and look at it's contents anytime during your stay at Transquip.
- When searching for an item, never use plurals ( e.g.: when searching for a Drill type in Drill NOT Drills).
- Try to use only ONE word you think will appear in the product name or description of the item you require. Our search engine will search for your chosen word not only in the name or heading of the item, but also in the description of the item. (E.g.: If you are looking for a Hydraulic Puller Set you can type in "Puller" or "Bearing". The system will then pick up EVERY item in our database that has these words in the product name or description.)
- SometEmes items are called by different names in different states. If you can't find the item using "your" name for it, try a few other names you may know. ( E.g.: if you a are looking for a Stilson, this can also be called a Pipe Wrench. Also, an Adjustable Wrench can also be called a Crescent or Shifter.)
- If you know the part number of the item you are looking for, particularly Ryobi, Kincrome, KC Tools, Metabo & Minimax items, try placing the part number in the search box. You may be surprised how easily you can find an item!
If you follow these steps you should take no longer than a few minutes to purchase a product from Transquip Direct. As soon as an order is approved and the payment verified, the dispatch process will begin at the warehouse level. Generally any order placed will be delivered to you in 2-7 working days Metro, 4-7 working days Rural and 5-10 working days Outback and Remote.

*Depending on what is purchased (especially with larger items like Generators, Air Compressors etc.) , there may be shipping surcharges to Rural and Outback Locations, and to the North West, NT, Christmas/Cocos Islands, FNQ and Tas. If there is a shipping surcharge we promise to CONTACT YOU FIRST either via E-mail or Phone to inform you of possible extra shipping charges BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED. The order will proceed only you are happy with shipping costs.

We guarantee that all items will be in good order and condition when at the point pickup by the shipping agents. Please note that while all due care is taken in the Packing and Shipping of your order, Transquip is not responsible for any Loss of goods or Transit Damage during the shipping of your order.
An e-mail offering Transit cover will be sent to you after you have placed your order.
Please note that transit cover is not compulsory and usually is not required but we do need to offer it
to you as a matter of customer service. Any transit cover costs will be added to the final cost of your order at the time of billing.
In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, please note below some important information you need to know with regards to your insured order with and for delivery.
If you feel that any damage occurred to your order during transit, then the Consignment Note must be marked as DAMAGED GOODS prior to signing & taking delivery of your order.
Deliveries where inspection prior to signing off to the driver is not possible (i.e: You have no time to inspect the order right away), must be marked as Subject to Inspection on the con note.
If damage has occurred the matter must be reported to both the courier delivering your order (by calling the phone number located on the con note) & Transquip by e-mail to info@transquip.com.au . Any transit damage MUST be reported to both parties on the same or next working day after delivery. Keep the goods in question as TNT may need to inspect and/or salvage. Keep Evidence of damage of goods & of damage of packaging internally and externally, ie. Digital Photo’s These points must be adhered to as per the rules of transit cover.
If you live in a rural location and do not have a street address, it may be possible to ship to a PO box for smaller items. We will contact you should we require more information after you place your order if it needs to go to a PO box however we must stress that for logistical and security reasons we do normally need to ship to an Australian Whitepages directory listed Private or Business Name and Street Address. We also require an Australian Whitepages directory listed landline phone number. We understand that you may have a silent number or may have just moved (many of our clients do!) so we can ship your order to any family member, friend or work address that is listed in the Whitepages. This is a standard security measure for ALL orders taken in Australia. If you do not know anyone with a listed address, place your order anyway and we will contact you prior to shipping with other options. There will also need to be a person in attendance to recieve the goods unless otherwise specified at the point of delivery (eg: You can leave a note where the courier will find it requesting that the goods be left at your premises. Please be advised that if the goods are left by the courier on your request at your premises they are then your responsibility)

Our Products are on Special 24hrs a day 7 days a week however if
you see the same product cheaper elsewhere, e-mail us with the details.
WARRANTY:
While our items are of the highest quality and best value for money, there is always a chance that you may be required to claim warranty on a purchased item. All your warranty claims are always handled with utmost speed and professionalism with the fastest turnaround time in the business!
Please note t hat to claim warranty your item must be sent back to the warranty agent POSTAGE PAID within the specified warranty period. If you have a warranty claim please email us with the the following details:
- Your original order number (this will be on the subject heading of most e-mails our system may have sent to you regarding your order)
- The date of your purchase.
- The Part number & description of the item you have purchased. (The part number will always be on your tax invoice which you should always print up after you click on the "finalise order" button when completing your online order)
- The Nature of the problem.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you wish to return an item it must be sent back to us POSTAGE PAID within seven days for a full refund in the form of an in-store credit to the value of the original purchase price minus the shipping costs. ( I.E: If you purchase an item for $100 plus $10 shipping, and then decide to return that item, you will receive an instore credit for $100). You will then be able to exchange the unwanted item for anything else in our Online Store to the same value.
Naturally the product must be returned to us in good order and condition. Any item sent back for exchange that is deemed not to be in good order and condition will be sent back COD for the postage.
